Requesting IT Assistance

To make a request to Mr. C. Stephan Brown for IT-related issues, please do the following:

  1. 1. Login using your Username (email address) and Password (issued via email).
  2. 2. Click on Submit a Ticket.
  3. 3. Insert your Location into the appropriate box.
  4. 4. Choose the type of ticket from the IT Requests Class Drop-down Menu.
    1. - Please choose the appropriate Sub-Class as well, from the second drop-down menu.
  5. 5. Type in the Subject of your Ticket (i.e. what the issue is in reference to).
  6. 6. Give a brief description of the issue you are experiencing.
  7. 7. Choose the Priority of the request. This determines how soon your request will be addressed.
    1. - Please be reasonable in choosing the priority.
    1. - Note: Priority may be changed by the administrator / technician.
  8. 8. Click on Submit My Ticket.
