To make a request to Mr. C. Stephan Brown for IT-related issues, please do the following:
- 1. Login using your Username (email address) and Password (issued via email).
- 2. Click on Submit a Ticket.
- 3. Insert your Location into the appropriate box.
- 4. Choose the type of ticket from the IT Requests Class Drop-down Menu.
- - Please choose the appropriate Sub-Class as well, from the second drop-down menu.
- 5. Type in the Subject of your Ticket (i.e. what the issue is in reference to).
- 6. Give a brief description of the issue you are experiencing.
- 7. Choose the Priority of the request. This determines how soon your request will be addressed.
- - Please be reasonable in choosing the priority.

- 8. Click on Submit My Ticket.
