To make a complaint / suggestion to Management, please do the following:
- 1. Login using your Username (email address) and Password (issued via email).
- 2. Click on Submit a Ticket.
- 3. Choose the type of ticket from the Staff Complaint / Suggestions Class Drop-down Menu.
- - Please choose the appropriate Sub-Class as well, from the second drop-down menu.
- 4. Type in the Subject of your Ticket (i.e. what the complaint / suggestion is in reference to).
- 5. Give a brief description of the your complaint or suggestion.
- 6. Click on Submit My Ticket.
