Making a Complaint or Suggestion to Management

To make a complaint / suggestion to Management, please do the following:

  1. 1. Login using your Username (email address) and Password (issued via email).
  2. 2. Click on Submit a Ticket.
  3. 3. Choose the type of ticket from the Staff Complaint / Suggestions Class Drop-down Menu.
    1. - Please choose the appropriate Sub-Class as well, from the second drop-down menu.
  4. 4. Type in the Subject of your Ticket (i.e. what the complaint / suggestion is in reference to).
  5. 5. Give a brief description of the your complaint or suggestion.
  6. 6. Click on Submit My Ticket.
