Outlook Issues

Most Outlook issues are resolved by a closing and reopening of the Outlook program.

Before submitting a ticket, please try to close and reopen the program first.

When doing so, after you close the program, please wait 1 to 2 minutes before attempting to reopen the program.  This allows the computer to take the program out of memory.

If what has been suggested above does not solve your issue, please submit a ticket and you will be attended to as soon as possible.
